Regulations require fishing vessels to be equipped with a water detection device approved by the French Merchant Navy, including line monitoring (Ref. VIGIFLOBSL) combined with a MACCS 8L alarm panel, which is also certified. Designed to ensure reliable detection on small to medium-sized vessels, this Division 361-compliant equipment can be installed on fishing vessels up to 24 metres in length as well as certain service vessels.
